The content on pianohack.org — including the user manual, guides, templates, and tools — is provided for information and for use with the PianoHack product. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
Downloads
Template files, configuration profiles, and software tools offered on this site are free for personal use with your PianoHack and your own MIDI equipment. Redistribution for profit is not permitted. Always keep backups of your own configuration files before loading new ones.
Hardware and third-party products
The PianoHack works alongside third-party hardware and software (such as Novation controllers, CME merge units, and DAWs). Those products are made and supported by their respective manufacturers. Verify the prerequisites in the user manual before purchasing.
Firmware updates
Firmware updates are provided for genuine PianoHack hardware. Follow the instructions on the Update page; interrupting an update may leave your device temporarily unusable (it can be recovered by re-running the update).
Refunds
A refund will only be issued once the PianoHack hardware has been shipped back to the return address provided after your refund request is received. Keep your proof of shipment.

PianoHack is a product of its maker. Novation, CME, Korg, Apple, Ableton, and other names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
